She’s had four natural births: two days of labor at home concluded with a hospital birth, a water birth in a birth center, a home birth, and, by accident, an unassisted home birth.  Her name is Sarah Clark and she’s my natural childbirth educator in Sonoma County, also known as the Birth Boot Camp instructor. Throughout her classes and her gorgeously informative blog, Mama Birth, Sarah inspires us to learn what we can innately do with our own bodies and minds throughout the pregnancy, birthing and parenting process.
